Living Scriptural Rosary

Come be a part of our Living Scriptural Rosary here at St. Bernard Church.

In this Living Scriptural Rosary, each participant becomes a living bead of the Rosary and that person leads the Scripture verse and prayer for that bead.  It’s a memorable and unique experience for the whole family.  Each person or family representing a bead of the Rosary will hold a candle to illuminate the Rosary. Everyone is welcome.  There are “beads” reserved for those who are unable to stand for long.  Please join us in praying the Scriptural Living Rosary on Thursday, May 12th at 6:00 pm. In church.

If you would like to volunteer to become one of the “beads” and pray a Hail Mary, Our Father, or Glory Be or a scriptural verse, please add your name to the sign-up in the narthex on the bulletin board beginning the second weekend of April.  We are hoping to bring together all areas of our parish, including individuals, families, school, religious education, RCIA, and other ministries active in our parish.

Those who signed-up to represent a bead in the Rosary, please arrive 15 minutes early on May 12th to be prepared and find your place in the church.

In addition, a free Build Your Own Rosary workshop will be offered to anyone who wishes on Saturday, May 7th at 10:00 am in the Church Library with Mark Gilson.  Materials are provided and the workshop is open to all.

After the Living Rosary a social will be held in Bishop Hall.

Please know that you can come and pray with us without being a volunteer.  Hope to see you there!  For questions, please contact Kathy at 920-412-6072 or kjd2@dataguard.cc.
